Your flight departs Bankstown Helicopters Heliport (or other location by pre-arrangement) and heads south west over the Sydney’s ever growing suburban homes and industrial complexes. Passing the University of Western Sydney, Mount Annan Botanical Gardens, Thirlmere Train Museum and Wilton Parachute School your view changes to a rural outlook of hobby farms and country style homes and properties of the Southern Highlands. As Mittagong and then Bowral appears in the distance your friendly winery staff prepare your welcome with a country style meal in the award winning restaurant with stunning views over the vineyard area. Your meal can be served in the cosy ambience of the enormous fireplace in winter or the on the spacious Australian veranda alfresco style in the balmy summer time. Large groups are especially welcome. Sample some the districts finest wines while relaxing over lunch.

If conditions prevent flying, passengers will be contacted and advised prior to the flight time and arescheduled flight will be arranged. If flights are cancelled due to weather all monies will be refunded.

If weather conditions are, in our opinion, less than ideal for flying but not prohibitive, passengers will be advised in advance and a postponement suggested. Continuance is at the discretion of passengers.
